Overview
The Shops at River Crossing is
located just northeast of Keystone Crossing. Aesthetically pleasing, it is a
lifestyle retail shopping center consisting of several national anchors such as
Border's Books and Music, Bed Bath & Beyond, Old Navy, Smith & Hawken,
and Champp's Americana Restaurant, and is 100% leased. The Shops at River
Crossing was developed by PK Partners in 1995, and quickly won first place in
the Associated Building Contractors' competition for "Best project in the
entire state." This site has enjoyed tremendous success, and is the retail
component of The River Crossing's mixed-use development consisting of The Shops
at River Crossing, One and Two River Crossing office buildings, the Marriott
North Hotel at River Crossing, and the River Crossing Apartments.
