Nora Plaza Shopping Center is
located on 86th Street at Evergreen Road and is approximately 2 miles west of
the Fashion Mall/Keystone at the Crossing Shopping area. The center is anchored
by a new Super Target as well as Wild Oats Market, National City Bank, Goodman
Shoes, Frankey's Clothing Store and Starbucks. Nora Plaza is located in a very
densely populated area. Traffic counts on 86th Street are over 40,000 cars per
day. Some recent new tenants to Nora Plaza are D.L. Lowry Spa and Salon, Form +
Function Furniture, and Penn Station Subs. Nora plaza is an excellent location
with mature established shopping patterns and a nice variety of national,
regional, and local tenants flavoring the center.
